Yesterday and today Ken was in his element....cutting hair. He was a little disappointed that all the boys just had their summer buzz the week before. Sara and Sarah were his assistants and now they have some new skills to add to their resumes.
The Siegel family worked togeteher today laying block and filling joints. They could now open up shopas Siegel Family Masonry Co.
Joe and I had a great time talking and laying block. Our Guatemalan supervisor Daniel is a perfectionist...he kept tapping our block even after we thought it was perfect!
In between hair appointments Ken came to try his hand at block laying as well.......he gave it up after the 3rd block.
Hey Sandy, what happend to those gloves? Hope your fingers didn´t stretch to fit inside there,
Here is our ¨Family¨ photo. Below are all pics from the village where we gave out lots of candy and lollipops. Aren´t these kids beautiful???
Tomorrow we head back to the States around noon arriving home just before midnight. Our hearts will still be here in Guatemala with all of the wonderful people we have met on this trip. Thank you for all your prayers and support. We will all have some awesome stories to share when we see each of you so prepare to allow us to bend your ears!
